These Terms & Shipping conditions apply to every purchase on lastfokw.mymvn.app (the “Site”), operated by Last Flight Out, Key West, Florida. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them.
1. You must be 21 or older
- Our products contain tobacco and are sold only to adults aged 21 or older. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement.
- Orders are shipped with adult signature required (21+). The carrier will check a government-issued photo ID at delivery. If no adult is available, or the recipient cannot prove their age, the package is returned to us.
- We may ask for additional age verification and may cancel any order we cannot verify.
2. Orders, prices and payment
- All prices are in U.S. dollars. We work to show accurate prices and availability; if an error occurs, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.
- We may refuse or cancel orders, including suspected resale, fraud or orders to restricted destinations.
- Applicable sales tax and any state or local tobacco taxes are calculated at checkout or will be communicated before your order ships.
- Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email.
3. Where we ship
- We ship within the United States only.
- Because an adult signature is required, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers.
- Some states and localities restrict or prohibit the delivery of tobacco products. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Processing and delivery
- Orders are packed in Key West and usually leave within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Delivery estimates and shipping rates are shown at checkout. Complimentary shipping applies to orders over [$ AMOUNT].
- You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
- Cigars are packed to protect them in transit. In periods of extreme heat or cold we may hold an order for a short time to protect it, and we will let you know.
5. Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, missing or not as ordered, email terminal@lastflightoutkw.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
6. Returns
- Because cigars are perishable and sensitive to storage conditions, all sales are final once an order has shipped, except as described in section 5.
- Unopened boxes in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery at our discretion. Contact us first for approval and return instructions; return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Packages refused, returned as undeliverable or returned because no adult was available to sign may be refunded minus original shipping and return costs.
7. Storage and use
Once delivered, cigars should be kept in a humidor or a humidified container away from heat and direct sun. We are not responsible for changes in condition caused by storage after delivery. Use our products responsibly and in accordance with local laws.
8. Website and content
All names, artwork, photographs and text on the Site belong to Last Flight Out and may not be used without permission. Aircraft names are used for their historical and descriptive character; no affiliation with any manufacturer or government is implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
