This Privacy Policy explains how Last Flight Out (“Last Flight Out”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit lastfokw.mymvn.app (the “Site”), create an account, or buy from us. The Site is operated from Key West, Florida, and is intended for adults aged 21 and over in the United States.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Orders and account: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, order history and, if you create one, your account login.
- Age confirmation: your confirmation that you are 21 or older. At delivery, the carrier may verify age and collect an adult signature.
- Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and referring pages, recorded in our hosting server logs.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see section 4.
Payment information
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Card details are entered on, and stored by, the payment provider — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
2. How we use your information
- To process, ship and support your orders, including adult-signature delivery.
- To confirm that buyers meet the legal minimum age for tobacco products (21).
- To run your account, answer your messages and send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates).
- To keep the Site secure, prevent fraud and comply with tax, tobacco and other legal obligations.
- To send marketing emails only if you opt in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the store: website hosting, payment processing, shipping carriers, email delivery and invoicing. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Authorities when required by law, including tobacco and tax regulations, or to protect our rights and our customers.
- A successor if our business is sold or reorganized, under the same protections described here.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies:
- Essential cookies that the Site needs to work: the shopping cart and checkout session (WooCommerce), your login, your age confirmation (Age Gate) and your cookie choice. These are always on.
- Analytics and marketing cookies — for example, measuring visits or advertising performance. We use these only if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart and checkout will not work without essential cookies. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information.
5. How long we keep information
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil orders and to meet tax, accounting and tobacco-regulation requirements (generally up to seven years). Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to answer you. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account.
6. Security
The Site uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to customer information is limited to people who need it to run the store. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
7. Age restriction
The Site and our products are only for adults aged 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on the state you live in — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with consumer privacy laws — you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your personal information;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising (we do not sell or share it);
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email terminal@lastflightoutkw.com. We will verify your request using information we already hold and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of authorization. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response.
California residents
In the last 12 months we collected identifiers, commercial information (purchase history), internet activity and inferences limited to age confirmation, for the business purposes described in section 2. We have not sold or shared personal information, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond what is needed to provide our services.

The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be highlighted on the Site.
